
Ingredients
- 100 gram Orko
- Half of salmon
- 2 spoon Tamarind past
- Half pineapple
- 3 Tomatos
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Chili
- 3 - 5 Corianders
- 5 branches of big Celeries
- Fish sauce
- 10 gram Bean sprouts
- 2 spoon Minced garlic
- 250 ml of boiling water
Method
- Cut the tomato, celery, pineapple, orko into small pieces
- Mix the lemon juice with tamarind past with 3 tablespoons spoon of sugar, 1 teaspoons of fish sause (sour sauce)
- Fried garlic with oil until its tunes to golden colour then put the tomatoes in wait for 3 minutes to have the red colour from the tomato stir it and put the salmon and pineapple in. Make sure we mix it well so the salmon can absorb the garlic aroma
- Put 4 teaspoons of salt and 7 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce in to the mixture.
- Put the sour sauce in and stir well until we can feel the aroma spread out of the space. Then pour 250 ml of boiling water in let it sizzling for awhile the put the celery, orko in. Let it cook for 20 minutes.
- Put minced chilies and the fish sauce together if we can eat spicy
- Present the soup out and don’t forget to put the coriander leaves on top of your dish. Now! we can enjoy our soup with the fish sauce and rice (thin rice noodles) P/s This soup is suitable for all season but especially for winter we can eat it as a hot pot to warm ourselves.
