
Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Nori sheets
- Rice wine vinegar
- Teriyaki Chicken
- Cucumber
- Salt
- Castor sugar
Method
- Cook up required amount of sushi rice.
- Once rice cooked, add in the 1 TBSP rice wine vinegar, 1/4 TSP salt, and 1 TBSP castor sugar (for every 1 cup of rice cooked) . Allow to cool
- Place Nori sheet rough side up, add rice to centre of sheet, shape rice into a square
- Place sliced cucumber and cooked teriyaki chicken on top
- Fold in edges of nori sheet into the centre, dab a little water on to the last fold to hold in place.
