Sushi salmon pie

Ingredients

• Obento Yaki nori, salmon, sushi rice, avo, cucumbers , mirin, sesame seeds , kewpie Mayo nnaise

Method

1. Boil up sushi rice, cool and layer in a cake tin in the following order 1 x layer of cooked sushi rice, 1 sheet of Obento Yaki Nori, another layer of rice, then layer of grated cucumber, thin layer of mayonnaise, thin layer of smoked salmon, 1 x layer of mashed avo, then another sheet of Obento Yaki Nori , another layer of rice. Press down firmly Refrigera
2. Refrigerate for 2 hours - take out just before serving. Push out if Soring form tin. Decorate with cut up Obento nori sheet and black sesame seed
