
Ingredients
- Sushi rice, cooked and cooled
- Obento Yaki Nori for Sushi
- Vegetables of your choice
- Rice wine vinegar
- Tuna/salmon/cooked chicken or any protein of your choice or you can have completely vegetarian
- Soy sauce
Method
- Place cold cooked steam rice and mix in 1 Tblsp of rice vinegar
- Lay half a cup of the rice along the length of nori at one end then layer with vegetables and protein of your choice
- Add another half a cup of sushi rice on top then tightly roll up the nori and seal. A small dab of water on the edge of the nori will assist in sealing the roll. Place in fridge for 15 mins. Remove from fridge and slice into pieces with a wet knife and serve.
