Ingredients
- Seaweed
- Sushi rice
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Smoked salmon
- Avocado
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per instructions
- Slice smoked salmon and avocado
- Prepare sushi mat (hint- cover with cling film to avoid rice sticking) and place seaweed, shiny side down.
- Once rice is cooled, cover seaweed with .5 cm thick layer, leave 1 inch gap at the end for sticking.
- 1/3 in from the edge, squeeze a line of Kewpie mayonnaise, then place a row of smoked salmon and avo on top. Roll firmly using sushi mat, wetting the edge slightly before sealing roll closed.
- Slice roll into desired length- in half for a meal size snack or 1 inch pieces for bite-size treats. Enjoy!
