
Ingredients
- Yaki Nori seaweed sheets for sushi
- Obento seasoning sushi
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Medium grain rice
- Vegan veggie meat
- Avocado
- Red onion
- Cucumber
- Bamboo rolling mat
Method
- Cook 3 cups of medium grain rice, once cooked, place 6 tablespoons of obento seasoning sushi through the hot rice. Place the rice in the fridge to cool.
- Place the yaki Nori sheet on the bamboo rolling mat. Spread cooled seasoned rice evenly over the sheet keeping 2cm at the far end of the sheet free from rice.
- Place a small amount of Kewpie mayonnaise along the rice in a straight line. Place veggie meat, onion, avocado and cucumber on top of the mayonnaise.
- Lift the front of the bamboo mat closest to you and begin to roll tightly. Before reaching the end of the sheet, wet the 2cm strip free from rice. Join the edges of the Yaki Nori sheet.
- Place sushi rolls in the fridge so the Yaki Nori shets soften.
- Enjoy on their own, or with a preferred dipping sauce.
