- Pork fillet sliced thinly
- Smoked chicken sliced thinly
- Brown rice
- Cucumber
- Scrambled eggs with soy and miran
- Avocado
- Pickled carrot
- Pickled Ginger
- Nori
- Wasabi
- Sushi seasoning
Method
- Slice all ingredients thinly
- Cook brown rice with sushi seasoning
- Assemble smoked chicken with preferred toppings on rice and roll in nori. Repeat with pork fillet, for meat free option use soy scramble eggs and avocado and veggies of choice
