
Ingredients
- Sushi Rice
- Rice Wine Vinegar
- Tuna
- Avacado
- Seaweed
- Mayonnaise
- Corn
Method
- Wash Sushi Rice
- Cook Sushi Rice
- Mix ratio 1/4 mayonaise, 3/4 tuna in a bowl
- Prepare Seaweed and Avacado
- Pour 1/2 a Cup of Rice Wine Vinegar
- Spread rice out on gladwrap and bamboo mat
- Place seaweed spread out 1/2 of rice
- Spread small anount of rice in middle of seaweed
- Place tuna and avacado into rice
- Fold and squeeze in bamboo mat
- Cut in several pieces and place on plate
- Cut 2/3 of a seaweed sheet and spread rice in middle of seaweed
- Place avacado in middle of rice
- Roll sushi roll
- In glad wrap place ball of rice, 1 cup
- Fold into ball
- Presss hole into middle, filll with tuna and avacado
- Close hole, and shape into triangle, cut seaweed into shape of onigiri and wrap bottom
