
Ingredients
- 3 sheets Nori paper
- 1.5 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 Tbs sesame oil
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 Tbs kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1/2 avocado
- Black sesame seeds
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180, cut nori sheets into 4 equal squares using scissors.
- Cube salmon and marinate in mixture of sesame oil, soy sauce, and honey.
- Put a heaped tablespoon of rice in the middle of each nori square, transfer to a muffin tin and press rice into sides of nori. Add 3 salmon cubes to each muffin, and bake in oven for 15 mins.
- Cool a little, add diced avocado, drizzle Spivey mayo and top with sesame seeds.
