
Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Sushi seasoning (rice wine,salt,sugar)
- Nori sheets cut in 4 parts depending on your muffin pan size.
- Sesame and seaweed furikake.
- Salmon/crab meat imitation
- Obento Sushi & sashimi soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Cream cheese
- Kewpie mayo
- Sriracha
- Mango
- Cucumber
Method
- Cut in small cubes: salmon/crab meat, mango, cucumber. Set aside.
- Add and mix the following: cream cheese, soy sauce, mayo, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Cook sushi rice according to pack instructions then cool rice to a bowl once cooked. Add sushi seasoning.
- Spread nori sheet to muffin pan, add sushi rice. Add the mixture of ingredients except mango & cucumber.
- No need to preheat oven. Cook for 15 minutes over 200 deg C oven.
- Top with mango and cucumber + kewpie mayo.
- Turn off oven and put back the muffin pan and let the remaining heat cook the rest of the ingredients.
