
Ingredients
- Rice
- Seaweed sheets
- Rice vinegar
- Mixed vegetables of choice
- Kewpie mayonaise
Method
- Boil sushi rice, add rice vinegar. While rice is cooling. finely cut preferred vegetables for sushi.
- Put cooled rice either side of sushi maker and vegetables and Kewpi mayonnaise in the centre
- Close maker and push onto seaweed sheet.
- Roll. Dampen end of nori sheet to keep together and place in fridge, ready to cut and enjoy.
