
Ingredients
- Salmon
- Yaki nori
- Sushi rice
- Spring onions
- Avocado
Method
- Cut Yaku nori sheets into 4 squares each
- Add 1 spoon sushi rice in each square
- Add to a cupcake silicone mould
- Mix cubed salmon in 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tblsp chilli sauce, 2 tblsp kewpie mayo
- Add marinated salmon on top of rice and bake or air fry for 10 mins
- Remove cupcakes and Top with spring onions and avocado - or let the kids choose like tacos
