Sushi cake!

Ingredients
- Obento Yaki nori sushi sheets
- 2 cups Sushi rice
- Avocado
- Smoked Salmon
- Cucumbers
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup White vinegar
- 1T White sugar

Method
- Cook the rice, mix in white vinegar and sugar until rice is sticky. Creste layers in a cake tin of rice, sushi sheet, avocado, salmon, cucumer and kewpie mayonnaise. Repeat until cake tin is full. Cover and place in fridge for 30 minutes then eat!
