
Ingredients
- Rice
- Canned tuna
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Obento Nori
- Yeo Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Rice vinegar
- Sugar
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Cook rice as per packet instructions.
- Mix tuna with kewpie mayonnaise and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut avocado and cucumber to bite size pieces.
- Brush sesame oil onto rough sides of nori sheet. Heat up pan to medium and roast nori oil down side first, pressing it down onto the pan 10-15 times before flipping and repeating on the other side. Take off the pan and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Cut or crumble nori to your liking. Roast sesame seeds on same pan.
- Mix rice vinegar with salt and sugar. When rice is cooked, mix in vinegar mixture.
- Assemble sushi bowls to your liking.
