Sushi bowl

Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Japanese mayo drizzle on top
- Thick teriyaki sauce drizzle on top
- Carrot chopped in squares
- Cucumber chopped in squares
- Pickled ginger
- Sushi rice seasoning

Method
- Cook rice then season once done
- Chop carrot and cucumber into small squares
- Line bowl with cooked rice about 1cm thick, sprinkle vegetables over rice, add mayo and thick teriyaki sauce over top. Ass picked ginger to side of bowl
