Sushi Bento Box with salmon, avocado and spinach

Ingredients
- 1/4 cooked rice
- 1 small cucumber
- 100g hot smoked salmon
- 1/4 small avocado
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 2 sheets Obento Yaki Nori sheets

Method
- Assemble ingredients in an airtight container of bento box.
- Use Obento nori sheets to wrap and eat.
