
Ingredients
- 500g imitation crab (roughly shredded and diced)
- 500g cooked salmon (roughly flaked)
- 1/2 cup kewpie mayo
- 150g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 3 spring onions (finely sliced)
- Furikake
- 3 cups cooked sushi rice (seasoned with rice vinegar if you like)
- Wasabi
- Cucumber (thinly sliced)
- Avocado (thinly sliced)
- Pickled carrot
- Kecap manis
- Seaweed snacks
Method
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Add cooked sushi rice to baking dish and sprinkle Furikake over the rice.
- Add imitation crab, cooked salmon, cream cheese, kewpie mayo, sriracha and two of the spring onions to a bowl. Mix well to combine.
- Add seafood mixture to baking dish. Bake for 12 minutes and broil for 3. Remove from the oven.
- Garnish with Kecap manis and additional sriracha, kewpie mayo and spring onion.
- Serve with seaweed snacks, avocado, cucumber, wasabi, and pickled carrot. Enjoy making the perfect bite every time!
