
Ingredients
- sushi rice
- avacado
- rice vinegar
- mango
- yaki nori
- tuna
- cucumber
Method
- wash 540 mls of sushi rice 3/4 times and drain water
- add 1-1 ratio of water to rice and leave to cook on low heat for 12 minutes
- drain rice and place damp towel on top for a couple of minutes
- prep the ingredients which will be used in the making of sushi
- mix kewpie mayo into the tuna until it’s your desired taste
- build your sushi- place seaweed on rough side and add rice, tuna, avacado, cucumber and mango inside.
- roll the sushi using a bamboo mat covered in cling wrap
- cut sushi into portions and enjoy!you can decorate with kewpie mayo if interested!
