
Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Kewpie mayo
- Yaki nori
- Avocado, cucumber, tuna
Method
- Wash rice in water 2 or 3 times until water is clean and put into rice cooker for 8-10 minutes
- Drain tuna and slice avocado and cucumber into thin strips.
- Once rice is cooked, remove from rice cooker and let stand for 5 mins.Once cool, take your Yaki nori paper and lay it glossy side down flat on a bamboo mat . Scoop one big scoop of rice onto paper and flatten out evenly so that the nori is covered. Add tuna , cucumber and avocado at one end of the paper and use the bamboo mat to roll to create the sushi.
- Once rolled, cut.into piece and enjoy!
