
Ingredients
- 3 sheets of seaweed
- 500g of raw prawns
- 2 cups of sushi rice
Method
- Cut seaweed into squares
- Put sushi rice in the middle of the squares
- Put the cut up prawns on the seaweed and sushi rice
- Heat in the oven for 15mins until crispy
