- Sushi rice
- Yaki nori for sushi
- Chicken
- Teriyaki sauce
- Avocado
- Sushi bamboo mat
Method
- Marinate chicken with teriyaki sauce
- Cook chicken in pan
- Cook sushi rice in pot as per bag instructions
- Add sushi seasoning to rice when cooked
- Place one yaki nori on bamboo mat
- Layer rice onto yaki nori
- Add two strips of chicken and avocado
- Roll into sushi roll
- Cut in half and enjoy
