Sushi

Ingredients

• Spicy Chicken tenders cooked
• Cucumber
• Rice sushi
• Yaki nori for sushi seaweed sheets
• Sushi seasoning
• Chipotle sauce
• Green onion
• Mushroom

Method

1. Cook 1 cup of white rice in a rice cooker.while the rice is cooking prep all your other ingredients
2. When the rice cooks transfer to flat surface , spread out and add sushi seasoning / rice vinegar .leave out to cool
3. After cooling , place yaki nori on top of bamboo mat. Spread out cool rice on top.top up with cooked chicken tenders and all other toppings
4. And slowly proceed to roll the bamboo mat to make a sushi roll.
5. After completing the roll cut in smaller portion and plate as desired.
