Ingredients
- Obento Yaki Nori for Sushi
- Sushi Rice
- Mayonnaise
- Honey soy chicken
- Prawns
- Sliced Cucumber & grated carrots
- Mashed avocado
- Sushi vinegar
- Scrambled eggs
- Soy sauce
Method
- Lay down a Yaki Nori sheet shiny side down on the bamboo sushi mat
- Add the rice to the sheet and a little bit of the other ingredients listed above
- Roll it all up, wet the end of the Yaki Nori with some water to make it sticky so the roll of sushi sticks together and stays intact
- Enjoy it with some soy sauce afterwards
