- Sushi rice, cucumber, carrots, the left over ham from Christmas dinner, crab sticks, mango, sesame oil, nori sheets and Kewpie mayonnaise
- Sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, sugar

Method
- Cook the rice
- Combine rice vinegar sugar sesame oil
- Add the liquid sauce to the cook rice and mix. Let it cool then put unto sushi molder and add the remaining ingredients and roll to form into sushi
