
Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Seaweed
- Tuna
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Mayonnaise
- Sushi seasoning
Method
- Cook the sushi rice
- Once cooked remove from stove, place in bowl and add sushi seasoning
- Place seaweed down, place rice on top and spread out thinly
- In a seperate bowl mix a can of tuna with mayonnaise
- Add tuna mixture lengthways 2cm thick. Place cut up cucumber and avocado on top.
- Roll and cut into but size pieces
