
Ingredients
- Yaki Nori seaweed sheets
- Obento rice wine vinegar
- Pork
- Capsicum
- Mayonnaise
- Soy sauce
- Sushi rice
Method
- Cook sushi rice. Allow to cool.
- Add a splash of rice wine vinegar to the rice.
- Place a sheet of seaweed on bamboo mat.
- Spread sushi rice evenly over the sheet.
- Spread mayonnaise across rice.
- Layer pork, cucumber and capsicum in a line along the rice.
- Roll the seaweed tightly.
- Cut into pieces and serve with soy sauce.
