
Ingredients
- Salmon
- Avocado
- Soy sauce
- Pickled ginger
- Rice
- Rice sushi seasoning
- Nori
- Kewpie mayo
Method
- Cook rice in saucepan of water- absorption method
- Allow rice to cool
- Once cooled, add sushi seasoning to rice
- Spoon rice onto a sheet of nori (nori should be already placed onto a bamboo mat)
- Lay filling on top of rice (cut up pieces of preferred filling, salmon, avocado, kewpie mayo, etc.)
- Roll up the rice and filling in the nori
- Cut sushi into slices
- Serve on a plate with pickled ginger and a dish of soy sauce
