- Nori
- Chicken
- Cream cheese
- Carrot
- Cos lettuce
Method
- Cook sushi and add Obento sushi seasoning. Spread rice on Obento nori which is shiny side down on Obento bamboo mat
- Add filling along one edge
- Wet top of Obento nori sheet and roll up with bamboo mat
- Cut in pieces and dip into Obento Sushi and Sashimi sauce
