
Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Canned tuna in springwater
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Sushi seaweed paper
- Cucumber or Avocado
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per packet instructions. Once cooked allow to cool.
- Drain tuna, mash and mix with Kewpie Mayo to a desired consistency.. to make tuna stick together Cut cucumber into sticks
- Lay sushi paper on either a teatowel or a sushi mat.Add a line of rice on one edge about 2cm thick.. add a line of your mixed tuna and some cucumber sticks.. roll up to make a sushi roll add a tiny bit of water so the roll sticks together.
