- Seaweed
- Tuna
- Sushi rice
- Sushi rice seasoning
- Authentic Japanese spice
- Smoked salmon
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Pickled ginger
- Soy sauce
- Wasabi
- Kewpie mayo
- Chives
- Seaweed
Method
- Cook the sushi rice as per the instructions
- When the rice has cooked mix in the sushi rice seasoning and put it in the fridge to cool for 10 mins
- Cut up your other ingredients, ready for preparing the sushi
- Remove the rice from the fridge and assemble sushi using a traditional rolling mat, press a thin layer of rice on top of the seaweed and and add in your ingredients
- Roll sushi up and slice them into 8 pieces. Serve with condiments. You can serve it with edamame and gyoza if desired
