
Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Yaki nori
- Fillings (salmon, avocado, cucumber careit, tuna, chicken)
Method
- Evenly space sushi rice onto Yakima nori
- Add horizontally chopped filling along the centre
- Apply sushi seasoning to top and bottom ends
- Roll bamboo mat from the bottom ensuring the rice is packed tightly and continue to roll fully, packing the filling tightly
