
Ingredients
- Ingredients for Supreme Soy Sauce1 tbsp dark soy sauce1 tbsp light soy sauce1/2 tsp cooking oil1/2 tsp oyster sauce
- Ingredients for Fried Rice1 cups cooked medium/short grain rice2 medium eggs1/2 tbsp cooking oil1/4 cup chopped spring onions1/4 cup Chinese sausage (cubed)1/4 Teriyaki marinade
- Ingredients for Garnishfried shallotsChopped spring onions
Method
- In a sauce pan, heat up all the ingredients for supreme soy sauce. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Heat up wok or frying pan with cooking oil and sear the cubed Chinese sausage for 3-4 mins under medium heat.
- Beat eggs together
- Using the same frying pan, heat scramble the eggs.
- Add in remaining cooking oil into frying pan, rice and pour the supreme soy sauce over. Stir till all rice grains are well coated with sauce.
- Toss in Chinese sausage, spring onions and scrambled egg s. Stir to mix well.
- Dish up and garnish with cut fried shallots and spring onions.
