
Ingredients
- Sun rice Sushi rice
- Kikkoman teriyaki sauce
- Chicken breast
- Avocado
- Cream cheese
- Obento sushi seasoning
- Pandaroo sushi ginger
- Obento yaki nori
- Kewpie Mayo
Method
- Add 2 cups of sushi rice and 3 cups of water to rice cooker.
- Heat oil in large frypan on medium heat.
- Cut up chicken breast in long strips and add to pan.
- Once chicken is browned add teriyaki sauce to coat chicken. Cook until chicken is cooked through.
- Cut up half avocado into strips.
- Once rice is cooked cool in fridge while preparing other ingredients.
- Add 4 table spoons of sushi seasoning to cooled rice.
- Place yaki nori shiny side down. Spread rice evenly over yaki noti leaving a one centimetre space at the end to seal sushi.
- Add strip of chicken, avocado and cream cheese to rice covered side of nori.
- Roll sushi from filled side first.
- wet exposed one centimetre end of nori and roll to close sushi roll.
- Serve with sushi ginger, soy sauce and kewpie mayo.
