
Ingredients
- Vermicelli Rice Noodles 50g
- Cucumber
- Shredded Pork or can be replaced with another protein choice
- S&B Umami Crunchy Garlic Chilli Oil
- Obento Ponzi Sauce
- Fresh Coriander or mint Leaves to garnish
- Lime/Lemon
Method
- Peel and slice fresh cucumber and place in to a flat bowl
- Cook vermicelli noodles in hot boiling water for 2 minutes and strain.
- Mix Crunchy Garlic with Chilli Oil through the cooker vermicelli and add to the bowel
- Add protein choice to the bowl
- Add two tablespoons of Ponzi Sauce over cucumber slices
- Squeeze lemon or lime over the entire bowl
- Garnish with coriander or mint leaves
