Ingredients
- 5 cups Sushi rice
- 1kg Salmon
- 1x Cucumber
- 1x Avacado
- 10 tblsRice wine vinegar
- Wasabi
- 2 packets Yaki nori
- 1 large canTuna
- 1 cup Kewpie mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
- 5 tbsnSugar
- 2 x Carrot
- 1 bag of Edamame
- 2 tabla Sriracha sauce
- 300 gm smoked salmon
- 400 grams prawns
- 1/2 town Cayenne pepper
- Squeeze of lemon
Method
- Rinse 5 cups of rice in cold water then place in rice cooker with required water. Cook till keep warm function lights up.
- Once rice is cooked place in a glass dish and add vinegar, sugar and salt. Mix together and then let it cool down.
- While rice is cooking cut up avocado, cucumber. Slice salmon and smoked salmon and prepare tuna with cayenne pepper, mayo salt and pepper and lemon
- Place yaki nori on bench shiny side down and spread rice on 2/3 of the sheet going right to the edges. Place filling inside and then rollUp.Cut rolls at your required length and then plate up to serve. Add some shredded carrot, seaweed salad and edamame for a side dish
- Ball up nigiri by hand and too with wasabi and salmon
- With inside out rolls flip the rice side down. Fill with required filling, roll and then place smoked salmon on top
- Plate up, sit back and enjoy with some sake
