
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs vegetable oil
- 500gms chicken mince
- 2tsp minced ginger
- Pinch ground black pepper
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 Tbs mirin
- 1 Tbs sake
- 1 Tbs caster sugar
- Toasted sesame seeds
- 1 red capdicim
- 1 carrott
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 4 leaves pak choy
Method
- Heat oil in frying pan over high heat. Add chicken mince and ginger. Cook until chicken is brown.
- Add diced capsicum, diced carrot and green beans. Cook 8 mins.
- Add pepper, soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar and sesame seeds.
- Continue to cook until liquid reduces to a sticky glaze.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
