
Ingredients
- 500 grams pork belly
- 4 tablespoons LEE KUM KEE PREMIUM SOY SAUCE
- 6 tablespoons ABC SWEET SOY SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon grated garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesami oil
- green beans
- 1 cup water
Method
- cut pork belly into two inch pieces
- add pork to a bowl with ginger garlic, sesame oil , and both soy sauces, mix well .
- in a hot wok place the marinated pork and cook for 5 mins turning occasionally.
- add water and cook for a further 5/10 minutes under sauce has reduced and thickened
- blanch some green beens and toss them through ,finish with chilli if desired
- served with steamed or fried rice
