
Ingredients
- 1kg chicken wings
- Obento rice wine vinegar
- Honey
- Soy Sauce
- Minced garlic
- Selection of seasonal vegetables
- Kewpie Mayo (to dress)
Method
- In a bowl mix 1/2 cup soy sauce , 2/3 cup honey, 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar, 1 1/2 tbsp garlic minced.Add chicken and coat. Leave to marinate for half a day.
- Place chicken on a grilling tray and in the oven at 180 degrees. 20 minutes and then turn.
- While chicken is cooking roughly chop and dice your choice of vegetables. Place in a wok with coconut oil, chilli sauce, honey and soy sauce and stir fry until cooked.
- Plate up and drizzle with kewpie Mayo and fried shallots to serve
