
Ingredients
- 1kg chicken thighs bone in skin on
- 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Oyster sauce
- 60g brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon tumeric
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- Sesame seeds, sliced green shallots for garnish
Method
- Combine Lee Kum Kee Oystyer sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and tumeric. Add these combined ingredients to the chicken thighs and allow to marinade for a few hours if possible.
- Line baking tray with foil and bake paper and add chicken, skin side up, and sauce mixture. Spoon marinade over skin. Bake for 40 minutes or until brown and sticky and chicken is cooked right through. Place remaining marinade in saucepan and simmer on medium heat until reduced by half. Pour over chicken and garnish with shallots and sesame seeds.
