
Ingredients
- 1 pack 120 gram Spinach Leaves
- Kewpie Wasabi Mayonnaise
- 150 grams Mashed Feta Cheese
- 1 cup four
- 2 tsp. Sweet Paprika or mild Chilli Powder
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup Water
- Butter
Method
- Chop Spinach then in a big bowl and drizzle with water. Heat in a microwave for 30 seconds. Squeeze and remove excess water.
- In the Spinach bowl, add Feta and Wasabi mayonnaise then season with salt & pepper. Chill in the fridge while you make your crepes.
- In another bowl, put flour and 1/2 to 3/4 cup water. Beat all together with egg then season with Paprika, Salt and Pepper.
- Heat skillet pan in medium flame then brush with butter. Start making your thin crepes one by one. When you are done let it cool down.
- Ready your bench top and lay down the crepe. Get the Spinach mixture and spread it on the crepe. Roll the crepe and sliced them using a sharp knife.
