
Ingredients
- Sushi rice (1 cup uncooked)
- Yaki Nori
- Sushi seasoning
- Siracha kewpie
- Avocado
- Cucumber
Method
- Cook your sushi rice to your preferred method.
- Whilst rice is cooking slice cucumber and avocado into slim strips
- Once rice is cooked, transfer to shallow baking disk and season with 3 tbsp of sushi seasoning
- Leave rice to cool in tray for 5 mins
- Once cooled, place Nori shiney side down on mat and top with rice, Siracha kewpie, avo and cucumber.
- Holding tightly, roll sushi roll keeping rice and filling inside. Water down Nori end to seal.
- Once rolled, slice with a sharp knife and serve with soy Sauce
- Enjoy!
