
Ingredients
- 1 cos lettuce
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp garlic olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp fresh ginger
- 227g water chestnuts
- 450g firm tofu
- 100g button mushrooms
- 2 tbsp fried shallots
- 1 carrot
Method
- Drain and crumble tofu, grate carrot, chop water chestnuts and mushrooms
- Add garlic oil to pan, add ginger and cook for 2-3mins. Then add tofu, water chestnuts and mushrooms, cook for 5-7mins
- Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce and sriracha sauce. Stir through and move to serving dish
- Place garnishes of carrot and fried shallots next to tofu mix. Serve scoops of tofu on top of lettuce and add garnishes on top
