
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Kecap manis
- 4 tsp Sambal oelek
- 250 g Hokkien noodles
- 2 cups Green beans, ends trimmed and cut in half
- 1/2 Brown onion finely diced
- 1 clove Garlic finely minced
- 2 tsp finely minced Ginger
- 200g Pork mince
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Method
- Mix sauce ingredients (Oyster sauce, kecap Manis, Samba oelek)
- Cook noodles according to instructions
- Fry beans for 2 minutes in oiled pan. Then take them out
- Fry onion, garlic and ginger for 30 seconds. Add mince and brown with 1 tablespoon of sauce
- Whe mince is brown, add drained noodles, rest of sauce and beans. Stir and serve
