
Ingredients
- Oyster sauce 1.5 tbsp
- Kecap manis 1.5tbsp
- Samal oelek 4 tsp
- Hokkien noodles 250g
- Vegetable oil
- Green beans 200g
- Brown onion half
- Garlic clove 1
- Ginger grated 2 tsp
- Pork mince 300g
Method
- Mix first three ingredients to make sauce.
- Char beans in hot wok. Remove.
- Add onion, garlic and ginger. Then pork mince. Add 1/3 of sauce.
- Add beans, noodles and remaining sauce. Toss and serve.
