
Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp tbsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 4 tsp sambal
- 250g noodles of your choice
- 2 cups green beans, ends trimmed and halved
- Half brown onion sliced
- 1 garlic clove finely minced
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- 200g pork mince
- Squeeze of lime and a sprinkle of chilli flakes (optional)
Method
- Mix the sauces together and set aside. Then cook and drain then rinse the noodles under cold water.
- Heat a little vegetable oil over high heat in a wok and when almost smoking, add the beans. Leave to cook for 2 mins stirring only a few times until the beans are lightly blistered. Remove and set aside.
- Cool the wok slightly and add a little oil, onion and ginger and cook for 30 seconds. Then add the pork and cook until it has turned white. Add 1 tbsp of the sauce and stir until the pork is browned.
- Add the noodles, green beans and remaining sauce and toss for a few minutes.
- For those who like it hot, add some chilli flakes!
