
Ingredients
- Chicken mince or any mince of your choice
- Onion
- Peas
- Chilli flakes and fresh chilli
- Corn
- Vermicelli noodles
- Garlic
- Water chestnuts
- Splash of rice vinegar
- Crushed Peanuts
- Lettuce leaves
- San Choy Bao Sauce
Method
- Sweat off onion, garlic, chilli
- Add mince and cook till browned off
- Cook vermicelli noodles as per pack et directions
- Add in vegetable such as peas, corn, carrot or anything you like
- Add water chestnuts which have been chopped and then the vermicelli noodles which should also be cut up into small bite sized pieces.
- Add the san choy bao sauce and stir till heated through.
- Top with crushed Peanuts and serve with lettuce cups. Any lettuce that you have works such as cos or iceberg.
