
Ingredients
- Salmon fillet x 1
- Kewpie mayonnaise x 1
- Half an avocado
- Bunch of asparagus
- One cucumber
- Basmati rice
- Soy sauce x 1/3 cup
- White vinegar x 1/3 cup
- Olive oil x 1/3 cup
- Sesame seeds to garnish
- Half a lemon
- Chilli flakes to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 177 degrees Celsius. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, vinegar, olive oil, chilli flakes and lemon juice. Place salmon in bowl and let sit for a few minutes
- While oven is preheating, boil water on the stove. Once boiling, put rice in. Cook rice for 25minutes
- Like a tray with baking paper and place salmon on top. Put salmon in the oven for 25 minutes. Once the salmon has been in the oven for 10 minutes, add the asparagus.
- While rice and salmon are cooking, slice up avocado and cucumber.
- Place rice in bowl, slice salmon and put on top with avocado, cucumber and avocado. Add kewpie mayonnaise and sesame seeds on top and enjoy
