
Ingredients
- 2 cups of White and purple cabbage
- Quarter small Red onion
- 100g Green beans
- Half an Avocado
- 150 - 200g Salmon (tinned or cooked fresh)
- Squeeze of Kewpie mayonnaise
- Squeeze of Siracha sauce
- Pinch of Salt and pepper
- Packet of Dried seaweed
- 30g cooked corn kernels (tinned)
Method
- Slice cabbage, green beans, red onion and avocado and place in a bowl
- Add tinned salmon and corn kernels to bowl
- Add kewpie mayonnaise and siracha sauce (to taste)
- Top with dried seaweed
