
Ingredients
- 1x440g thin egg noodles
- 1 Tablespoon of peanut oil
- 500g pork mince
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons five spice powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
- 1 bunch asparagus cut into 3cm lengths
- 1 bunch asian greens
Method
- Prepare noodles according to directions and set aside.
- Heat oil in wok, add pork mince and cook until browned.
- Add onion and five spice powder and cook for a further 3 minutes.
- Add water, kecap manis, asparagus and asian greens. Cook a further 5 minutes
- Stir in noodles and mix through to heat. Serves 4.
