
Ingredients
- 185 grams of canned Tuna
- Half an Avacado
- 1/4 Cucumber
- Two Nori sheets
- Two tablespoons of sriracha kewpi mayo
Method
- Drain tuna and mix with kewpie mayo
- Spread tuna mix onto nori sheet in a thin line
- Cut avacado and cucumber into thin strips
- place avacado and cumcunber on top of the tuna
- Roll each nori sheet and seal with water
- Cut into eight pieces
- Serve with additional kewpie mayo
